Edward Yu

EDWARD YU focuses his practice on complex corporate and transactional matters. He represents public and private companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

While attending law school, Edward served as an associate editor of the UCLA Law Review, board member of the UCLA Entertainment Law Association, and co-chair of the UCLA Law and Blockchain Association. He also received a J.D. Specialization in Media, Entertainment, Technology, & Sports Law.
