Sidley Partner Hardy Callcott to Speak at Securities Enforcement Forum West in Silicon Valley

Hardy Callcott, partner in Sidley’s Securities Enforcement and Regulatory practice, will participate in a panel on “Financial Firms in the SEC’s Crosshairs – Key Developments for Asset Managers, Broker-Dealers, Private Funds and Hedge Funds” at the Securities Enforcement Forum West in Silicon Valley on May 23. This annual event gathers hundreds of current and former senior officials of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in-house counsel and compliance executives, securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, and other top professionals to discuss the most important issues facing the industry. This year’s conference will feature keynote addresses by SEC Enforcement Director Gurbir Grewal and U.S. Attorney Ismail Ramsey. Hardy’s panel, which will include several other prominent players in the industry, such as Jeremy Pendrey, Assistant Regional Director of the SEC, will cover SEC enforcement developments for regulated firms.
