Sidley Investment Funds senior managing associate Emily Picard will serve as a panelist at the Mutual Fund Directors Forum/KPMG Closed-End Fund Roundtable on July 29 at KPMG’s offices in New York. The program brings together industry professionals to discuss legal, regulatory, and governance issues affecting registered closed-end funds.
