Sidley Partner Ken Irvin to Moderate Panel at the Nodal Trader Conference 2026

Ken Irvin, partner and co-lead of Sidley’s global Energy and Infrastructure practice, will moderate a panel at the Nodal Trader Conference in Washington, D.C., on October 22, 2026. He will lead the discussion during the “Data Centers, Growing Power Demand and Nodal Trading” panel at 10:30 a.m. ET.

The panel will explore the growth in power demand across regions, including the surge in data centers, and the reliability challenges stemming from intermittent resources and rapid demand growth. Panelists will discuss the uncertainty over the long queue of delayed or incomplete projects and examine the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s updated policies on power pricing and data centers.
