The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Merger Control 2023

Four Sidley lawyers contributed to the 19th edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Merger Control 2023, a book recently published by Global Legal Group Ltd, London. The book provides corporate counsel and international practitioners with comprehensive legal analysis of the merger control laws and regulations in more than 35 jurisdictions around the world. Jim Lowe and Elizabeth Chen (both in Washington, D.C.) wrote the U.S. chapter, and Stephen Spinks and Ken Daly (both in Brussels) wrote the EU chapter.
