Austin Pierce Joins Sidley Regulatory and Enforcement Group

Chicago – Sidley is pleased to announce that Austin Pierce has joined the firm’s Regulatory and Enforcement group as counsel in the Environmental, Health, and Safety practice. He was previously in the Environmental, Social, and Governance practice group at Latham & Watkins LLP.

Mr. Pierce advises financial institutions, funds, and their leadership on strategies to advance corporate value, with a focus on environmental, social, and political risks. He counsels clients on the evaluation and management of capital market offerings, M&A transactions, and financial and investment products.

Mr. Pierce’s arrival follows Sidley’s addition of Adam Raviv, global co-chair of the firm’s Automotive and Mobility industry group and counsel in the Environmental practice.
