Shane Marshall Joins Sidley as Chief Information Officer

Chicago – Sidley Austin LLP is pleased to announce that Shane Marshall has joined the firm as Chief Information Officer (CIO). He has 23 years of experience, with more than 19 years of experience at Accenture, most recently serving as Global Lead - Enterprise Platforms where he led a global technology organization. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Marshall has driven large-scale digital transformation and enterprise platform modernization across all business functions and served as a member on one of Accenture’s internal boards of directors.

Mr. Marshall’s arrival marks an important milestone in the firm’s technology modernization journey. At Sidley, he will focus on operational security and resilience, infrastructure advancement, and the thoughtful integration of emerging technologies into our platform to better support our people and our clients. He will work closely with our lawyers, business professionals, and the Data & AI team while continuing to strengthen the technology team.
