Sidley partner Jonathan A. Blackburn has been named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ “40 Under 40” list. The annual list profiles business, nonprofit, government, and cultural leaders who have made an impact on Chicago business and the wider community.
Jonathan is one of Chicago’s leading strategic advisors to entrepreneurs and emerging, high-growth companies. Most recently, he led the US$400 million sale of Chicago-based tech company Tock, Inc. He regularly represents buyers and sellers across industries. He is also regularly involved in some of the biggest public company and cross-border M&A transactions.
Jonathan is also highly committed in his volunteer work to furthering educational opportunities for under-served youth from disadvantaged economic backgrounds.
