Sidley Shortlisted at IFLR Europe Awards 2023

IFLR has shortlisted four deals in which Sidley was involved at the IFLR Europe Awards 2023. The annual awards celebrate the region’s most innovative cross-border work and those behind it.

The following deals in which Sidley was involved have been shortlisted:

• “Equity Deal of the Year”: Haleon listing
• “Private Equity Deal of the Year”: Clearlake-Boehly/Chelsea FC
• “Private Equity Deal of the Year”: WCAS, Hg and Warburg Pincus/Norstella
• “Restructuring Deal of the Year”: Schur Flexibles

Additionally, Sidley has been shortlisted for recognition as the “Germany Law Firm of the Year.”

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on May 3, 2023.
