Sidley Represented Thompson Street Capital Partners in Its Investment in Karpel Computer Systems

Sidley represented Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) in its growth investment in Karpel Computer Systems, Inc., a provider of prosecutor case management software for state and local government agencies. TSCP is focused on investing in founder-owned middle market businesses in the life sciences and healthcare, software and technology, business and consumer services, and products sectors.
