Sidley Ranked Among Top Firms in The Texas Lawbook M&A Corporate Deal Tracker for 2023

Sidley was once again ranked among the top firms in The Texas Lawbook’s 2023 M&A Corporate Deal Tracker rankings. Sidley ranked third in their overall deal count with 116 deals during 2023 and fifth in their deal count for Texas-led deals. Sidley was named as one of only four law firms who had lawyers in Texas offices work on 100 or more deals in 2023.
