Michele’s practice focuses on distressed and special situations as well as leveraged and investment-grade lending, acquisition financings, asset-based financings, real estate financings, and general corporate governance matters in a wide variety of industries. Michele also has experience with debtor-in-possession financings, in-court and out-of-court restructurings, intercreditor issues, and complex cross-border transactions involving multiple debt tranches and multiple lien priorities.
