Two Sidley Restructuring Matters Shortlisted for Latin Lawyer’s 2023 Deal of the Year Awards

Latin Lawyer shortlisted a pair of Sidley matters in the Restructuring category at its 2023 Deal of the Year Awards. Sidley was recognized in connection with Atento’s successful restructuring and capital raise and with Samarco’s judicial restructuring in Brazil. Each year, Latin Lawyer identifies landmark Latin American deals and cases across 11 categories. Winners will be announced at the annual awards ceremony in São Paulo, Brazil, on May 9, 2024.
