WirtschaftsWoche has named the most renowned law firms and lawyers for M&A for 2024. Sidley is on the prestigious list as “Top Law Firm 2024” for M&A and Dr. Marcus Klie has been named “Top Lawyer for M&A.”
The Handelsblatt Research Institute surveyed more than 5200 lawyers from 246 law firms. According to the jury’s assessment, 53 law firms with 93 lawyers prevailed in the area of M&A.
Based in Sidley’s Munich office, Dr. Marcus Klie focuses on all aspects of German business and corporate law, in particular on cross-border and national M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, public tender offers, and corporate restructurings.
