Shu Min Ho, a partner based in Sidley’s Singapore office, has been recognized in the Asian Legal Business Asia 40 Under 40 2024 list. The annual feature honors “the most accomplished lawyers in Asia under 40 years of age” whose involvement on major deals and key disputes has resulted in “accolades from their colleagues, superiors and clients.”
Recently, Shu Min has been honored with a position in the Global Investigations Review 2024 “40 Under 40” list. She has also been recognized in the 2024 edition of Chambers Asia-Pacific as an “Up and Coming” lawyer for Corporate Investigations/Anti-Corruption: International (Singapore) and as a “Future Star” for White Collar Crime (International Firms) in Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific 2024.
Shu Min has significant experience in complex cross-border investigations and compliance counseling across a diverse range of sectors, including life sciences, technology, biotech/biopharma, and industrial. Her investigations practice is well-complemented by a wide-ranging advisory portfolio, covering anti-bribery, antitrust, cybersecurity, data privacy, employment, and other regulatory and compliance matters.
Based in Singapore and having worked in London and Hong Kong, Shu Min has led multi-office teams across Sidley’s global network, working on matters across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including in Australia, Bangladesh, Egypt, Greater China, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, the Philippines, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, the UAE, the UK, and Vietnam. Shu Min is fluent in English and Mandarin, speaks conversational Cantonese and Malay, and understands basic Japanese and Arabic.
