Daily Journal has highlighted Sharon’s focus on “balancing client protection with strategic objectives” when advising clients in complex deals and her involvement in life sciences transactions “with potential societal impact.”

Sharon is a member of the firm’s Management and Executive Committees and has over 25 years of experience representing companies in a broad range of merger and acquisition transactions, securities offerings, and corporate governance matters, with a particular focus on the life sciences/healthcare and technology industries. Sharon also serves as the managing partner of the San Francisco office and is a leader of the firm’s Global Life Sciences practice.
