Sidley represented BofA Securities and Wells Fargo Securities in connection with Camden Property Trust’s public offering of 2.9 million common shares, for gross proceeds of approximately US$491 million, with an option for the underwriters to buy up to 435,000 additional shares. Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) is a publicly-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) primarily engaged in the ownership, management, development, redevelopment, acquisition, and construction of multifamily apartment communities.
