ALEX CSORDAS practices in the Capital Markets group in the firm’s New York office. Alex focuses on corporate and securities law matters. He represents issuers, underwriters, agents, and selling stockholders in a broad range of SEC-registered and exempt transactions such as initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on common and preferred equity offerings, and debt offerings, including commercial paper programs and retail and institutional medium-term note programs. He represents clients across a diverse set of sectors, including life sciences, technology, industrials, consumer staples, financial services, and real estate. Alex has experience with cross-border transactions and offerings of bonds denominated in foreign currencies. He also advises clients on corporate governance matters and public company reporting obligations.
While attending law school, Alex served as an executive articles editor on the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University.
