Sidley Represents Lightspeed India Partners in Thena.ai’s Series Seed Financing

Sidley represented Lightspeed India Partners as lead investor in the US$5M series seed financing round of Thena.ai, a developer of a Slack management platform that, integrated with internal tools, can automate communication and provide account intelligence. First Round Capital and other undisclosed investors also participated in the round.

The Sidley team was led by corporate partner Andrew Harper and included corporate managing associate Shaika Ahmed, regulatory partner James Mendenhall, and senior managing associate Justin Becker.
