Sidley represented the underwriters in Camden Property Trust’s offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.850% Notes due 2026. The underwriters were represented by BofA Securities, Inc.; J.P. Morgan Securities LLC; PNC Capital Markets LLC; Truist Securities, Inc.; and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.
