Sidley Represents D1 Capital in Imperative Care US$150 Million Series E Financing

Sidley represented D1 Capital Partners as an investor in the US$150 million Series E financing round of Imperative Care, a commercial-stage medical technology company researching and developing connected innovations to elevate care for people affected by vascular diseases such as stroke and pulmonary embolism. Also participating in the round were other existing investors including Ally Bridge Group, AMED Ventures, Bain Capital Life Sciences, Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC, Pura Vida Investments, and Rock Springs Capital Management LP.
The Sidley team was led by Geoffrey W. Levin (M&A and Private Equity) and included Chris Crane (M&A and Private Equity), Jamie M. Sadler (Antitrust and Competition), Katie Klaben (Capital Markets), and Ching-Lee Fukuda and Sharon Lee (IP Litigation).
