Sidley Represents Thermon in Its US$2.2 Billion Combination With CECO Environmental

Sidley is representing Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: THR) in its definitive agreement with CECO Environmental Corp. (Nasdaq: CECO) to combine in a stock and cash transaction valued at approximately US$2.2 billion. Thermon provides industrial process heating solutions, and the merger will create a leading industrial mission-critical environmental and thermal solutions company.
