Sidley advised Rivean Capital's portfolio company, Green Mobility Holding, on its recent acquisition of the digital agency A-DIGITAL one GmbH. Green Mobility Holding is recognized as one of Europe's foremost technology-enabled (e-)bike leasing groups.
Rivean Capital, an established private equity firm with a strong presence across Europe, operates from offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Zurich, and Milan. This acquisition marks a significant step in Green Mobility Holding's strategic expansion and digital transformation efforts.
The Sidley team was led by Private Equity/M&A partner Dr. Christian Zuleger and Thomas Komanek, with support from Valentin Specht (Private Equity/M&A), Jörg Fischer (Tax), and Louise Freund (Global Finance).
