Sidley Represents Ryde Group in Its Registered Direct Offering

Sidley represented Ryde Group Ltd  (NYSE American: RYDE) (Ryde) in a registered direct offering (RDO) to certain investors. The RDO is made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form F-3, for the establishment of which Sidley advised Ryde. 

Ryde is a super mobility app founded in Singapore and recognized as the world’s first on-demand carpooling app since 2014.  In March 2024, Sidley advised Ryde in its initial public offering and listing on the NYSE American. It also achieved dual listing on the Frankfurt and Stuttgart Stock Exchanges, expanding its presence in the European market.

The Sidley team was led by Meng Ding and Raymond Oh and included Liming Xu and Alice Liu (China Corporate and Finance).
