Sidley Advises on US$750 Million Senior Notes Offering by Citadel

Sidley represented the initial purchasers in connection with Citadel Limited Partnership’s offering of US$750 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes. The offering consisted of US$300 million of 6.150% senior notes due 2031 and US$450 million of 6.400% senior notes due 2033. The offering closed on October 28, 2026.
