Sidley Assisted Armis Security in Its US$435 Million Series E Funding

Sidley assisted Armis Security, a leading asset intelligence cybersecurity company, in its US$435 million Series E financing, valuing the company at over US$6.1 billion. The round was led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives’ Growth Equity fund, with participation from CapitalG (a venture arm of Alphabet), Evolution Equity Partners, and several current investors.
