Sidley Represents Lido Advisors in Its Partnership With Fountainhead Advisors

Sidley is representing Lido Advisors, a nationally recognized wealth advisory firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with over US$28 billion in Regulatory Assets Under Management (RAUM) and 45 offices across the U.S., in its partnership with Fountainhead Advisors, a New Jersey-based wealth management firm with more than US$1.2 billion in RAUM. The transaction will help Lido Advisors expand their coverage in two different markets across the U.S., including New Jersey and Northern California.

The Sidley team is being led by Payom Pirahesh, David Grinberg, and Tommy Tsao and includes Sydney Robles (M&A and Private Equity).
