Sidley Represents Tablet Command in Its Significant Investment From TPG

Sidley is representing Tablet Command in its significant investment from The Rise Funds, TPG’s global impact investing strategy. The investment is intended to support Tablet Command’s continued growth and further investment in its team, technology, and customers. Tablet Command provides incident management and response software for fire departments and emergency response agencies. The transaction is expected to close in Q4/2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
