Sidley Represents Aquestive Therapeutics in Exclusive U.S. Licensing Agreement With Eton Pharmaceuticals

Sidley represented Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: AQST) in an exclusive license agreement and a supply agreement with Eton Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ETON) for Libervant® (diazepam) buccal film, an orphan-designated treatment for seizure clusters in patients with epilepsy. Under the license agreement, Eton receives exclusive commercialization rights to Libervant in the United States and its territories. Libervant targets a U.S. market estimated at more than US$450 million annually, with commercial launch anticipated in April 2027, subject to final approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
