Biography
JEN RAAB represents biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology, diagnostics, vaccine, and digital health companies in complex strategic transactions across the life sciences industry. Her practice focuses on licensing, collaboration, co-development, co-promotion, option, manufacturing, and other commercial agreements that support the research, development, and commercialization of innovative products and technologies.
Jen advises clients on a broad range of corporate partnering matters, including strategic alliances between emerging biotechnology companies and large pharmaceutical organizations. She regularly structures and negotiates domestic and cross-border transactions, with particular experience in licensing and collaboration arrangements involving Asia-based life sciences companies. Her work spans platform and discovery collaborations, development and commercialization partnerships, option-based transactions, and other arrangements designed to advance innovative therapies and technologies.
Jen also counsels clients on transactional diligence, intellectual property-related considerations, and risk assessment in connection with strategic transactions, financings, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. She works closely with management, business development, legal, and operational teams to help companies execute transactions aligned with their scientific and commercial objectives.
Jen represents clients across a range of therapeutic areas and technologies, including biologics, gene regulation and gene therapy platforms, oncology products, immunology therapies, neurological disease programs, and other innovative life sciences technologies.
