CALLA ABRUNZO focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance. She primarily represents lenders in the financing of a range of commercial properties, including office, retail, hotel, industrial, and multi-family housing. Calla has experience with multi-state and multi-property pooled transactions in connection with the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans. She also has experience with the servicing and sale of mortgage loans, participation interests, and loan workouts.
Calla received her LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law, her J.D. from Penn State Law, and her B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton. While attending Penn State, Calla served as senior editor of the Arbitration Law Review.
