Biography
MICHELLE BANNISTER represents a broad range of clients in international disputes with a particular focus on international commercial arbitration before major arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Michelle’s experience includes a broad range of business disputes, including shareholder agreement disputes, construction disputes, sanctions, IP infringement and post-M&A complications.
Michelle has advised and represented clients in international commercial disputes in a variety of industries, including life sciences (pharmaceuticals and medical technology), sports marketing, energy, construction and microelectronics.
Michelle has been involved in all phases of international arbitrations, from filing of the claim to hearing and award, and is particularly experienced in complex cross-border disputes involving large multi-national companies.
