
Biography
NEEKITA BHATIA focuses her practice on global finance, including lending, securitization, and digital asset transactions.
Neekita received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, her L.L.M. in international and comparative business law from Aix-Marseille University, and her Bachelor of Commerce with a dual major in business and computer science from the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining Sidley, Neekita interned at activist hedge fund Muddy Waters Capital, and was a PILI Fellow at Lawyers for the Creative Arts.
Neekita brings a multidisciplinary business background to her legal practice, including managing marketing and operations at a Canadian immigration firm, management consulting at Accenture, product management at a fintech startup, and investor relations at a quant macro hedge fund.
