Biography
NEVILLE BIRDI advises on cross-border restructuring matters and distressed credit opportunities. Neville has experience acting for creditors and investors on restructurings and strategic investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Sidley, Neville trained at another international law firm in London, where he gained experience in debt financing, restructuring, securitization, and dispute resolution. Neville was also seconded to the legal team of a global investment bank where he advised on stressed and distressed credit investment opportunities and secondary trading.
