
Biography
MEGAN BRADLEY advises clients on a variety of financing-related issues. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, public and private companies, and lenders on a broad range of finance transactions.
During her time in law school, Megan served as a staff member of the UCLA Law Review and articles editor of the Journal of Law and Technology. She was also a member of the First Generation Law Students Association and Intellectual Property Law Association. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she worked in marketing for a U.S.-based private equity and advisory firm.
