KEVIN CHAN’s practice focuses on corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings and listings on the Main Board and the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as regulatory, general compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters.
Prior to joining Sidley, Kevin was the corporate counsel for a family office of a Hong Kong-based Forbes-ranked billionaire.
