• The dealers on the annual updates of EMTN and GMTN programs of various Canadian financial institutions and issues of notes thereunder, including various issues of additional Tier 1 capital notes and green instruments.
• A Canadian power utility provider on the concurrent tender offer and exchange offer in respect of its LIBOR-linked notes into new SOFR-linked notes.
• The dealers on the annual updates of EMTN and GMTN programs of various Canadian provinces, and issues of notes thereunder.
• The underwriters in connection with the issue of senior secured green notes by a wholly-owned subsidiary of an Indian renewable energy company listed on NASDAQ.
• The underwriters on the issue of green notes by an Australian multinational real estate company under its EMTN program.
• The underwriters on issuances of credit-enhanced bonds by various state-owned investment managers in the People’s Republic of China.
