ZISHEN CHONG focuses his practice on advising sponsors on the establishment of private investment funds across various assets classes and jurisdictions, with a particular focus on hedge, private equity, venture capital, and real estate funds. He also advises both institutional and non-institutional investors and LPs from across Asia, Europe, and the U.S., including pension funds, banks, endowment funds, and corporations, on their investments into private funds.
In addition to transactional work, Zishen also advises investment managers on the licensing and ongoing regulatory requirements of operating in Singapore, as well as assisting with the submissions and notifications to the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Zishen is fluent in English and Chinese.
