TANNER CHRISTIANSEN focuses his practice on corporate restructuring, including bankruptcy court proceedings, out-of-court restructuring, and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Tanner earned his J.D., cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School. While at Notre Dame, Tanner was the president of two law school organizations and was an admissions ambassador. Additionally, he was a research assistant to Professor Julian Velasco, an articles editor for Volume 38 of the Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy, and a teaching assistant for contracts law. Tanner received the “Faculty Award for Excellence” for his study of antitrust law in 2024 and is a first-generation college student.
Additionally, Tanner was a law clerk extern for a leading U.S.-based insurance company and worked in the Office of the General Counsel at Notre Dame. Prior to law school, Tanner worked at a staffing and recruiting company for finance and accounting professionals. Tanner received his B.A. in finance, magna cum laude and Beta Gamma Sigma, from the University of St. Thomas.
