Becca A. Davis

BECCA DAVIS focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters.

Becca earned her J.D., with distinction, from Stanford Law School. During law school, she served as co-founder and leader of the Education Defense Pro Bono Project, and as certified law student for the Youth and Education Law Project. Before joining Sidley, Becca participated in Sidley’s 2023 summer program and worked as a judicial extern to a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in 2022.

Becca earned her B.A., summa cum laude, with honors, from Amherst College in history and Spanish. She also earned her M.A. in education policy from Stanford University.
