• A sponsor on their secured loan facilities in connection with the acquisition of international timberland assets.
• A sovereign wealth fund in their A$400 million subscription line facility.
• A syndicate of financiers on A$730 million refinancing and upsize of a leveraged debt platform for a portfolio company, including amendments to acquisition and operating company financing structures.
• A syndicate of financiers on A$680 million senior leveraged facilities in connection with an acquisition and ongoing portfolio financing.
• A private credit fund on the establishment of a new private credit platform, including the development of leveraged finance precedent documentation for sponsor-backed acquisition financings and private credit transactions.
