MATT DIAZ focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity, representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic acquirors and sellers, in platform acquisitions, add-on transactions, divestitures, and other complex corporate transactions.
While attending Harvard Law School, Matt served as the deputy managing editor of the Harvard Business Law Review.
