Biography
LIZ EASTLUND focuses her practice on a broad range of complex corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance.
Liz earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Missouri School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Liz served as an editor for the Missouri Law Review and as a Judge Lawrence G. Crahan Judicial Fellow. Liz was also a finalist in the American Bar Association M&A Committee National Invitation.
Prior to law school, Liz earned her B.A. in political science and economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Missouri.
