Biography
ALEX ENION focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Alex participated in Sidley’s summer associate program in 2018. She worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Western District of Pennsylvania where she researched and analyzed case law on a variety of legal topics including motions for suppression, motions for new trials, bond revocation, supervised release revocation, and post-trial appeals.
Alex earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School.
