Sidley Represents Telix Pharmaceuticals in Its US$1.65 Billion Merger With ITM

Sidley is representing global radiopharmaceutical company Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: TLX, NASDAQ: TLX) in its US$1.65 billion acquisition of ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE, a radiopharmaceutical company based in Germany that specializes in radioisotope production and radiopharmaceutical development. The transaction will expand Telix’s isotope production and global manufacturing capabilities and add ITM’s complementary therapeutic pipeline. The transaction includes additional contingent consideration of up to US$700 million based on specified regulatory approvals and commercial sales milestones.
