ALLISON FERRARIS is an associate in the Securities Enforcement and Regulatory group in the firm’s Boston office. Her practice focuses primarily on representing financial institutions and individuals in connection with investigations and enforcement actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other federal and state regulators. Allison also counsels firms on compliance with various regulator obligations.
Allison earned her law degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where she served as an articles editor for the Boston College Law Review and as a teaching assistant for first-year legal writing and constitutional law courses. While attending law school, she also served as a student attorney for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the Constitutional and Administrative Law Division and as a legal intern for Fidelity Investments.
