Stephanie Flanagan

STEPHANIE FLANAGAN advises and represents clients with respect to the establishment and operation of private investment funds, with a focus on private equity, credit, infrastructure, and real estate funds. She also advises investors on the terms of their investments into such funds. She advises on regulatory and general compliance issues for investment funds and their managers and has experience advising on the funds-related aspects of corporate transactions.

She has advised private equity and hedge fund managers across a range of asset classes. Stephanie also spent time on secondment with a large institutional asset manager.
