Biography
MATTHEW FOSHEIM focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and leasing matters across a broad range of asset classes. He has particular experience in energy, data center and digital infrastructure real estate, including powered land transactions and hyperscale leasing, as well as institutional office, industrial, and medical office portfolios.
Matthew earned his J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law (cum laude) and B.A. from DePauw University. Prior to joining Sidley, he served as a law clerk to Justice Scott Field of the Fifteenth Court of Appeals of Texas.
