Ben Ginsburg

BEN GINSBURG focuses his practice on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.

Ben earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law and was awarded the "Rickert Award for Excellence in Legal Writing" as well as the "J. Nelson Young Scholarship." While in law school, Ben completed a legal internship with Airbnb, Inc.

Ben received his B.S. in finance and management, cum laude, and his Master of Accounting, cum laude, from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Prior to joining Sidley, Ben worked in the audit practice of a Big Four accounting firm in its wealth and asset management sector. He also worked in the tax practice of an independent CPA firm. He is a certified public accountant in the State of Illinois.

• Ben serves on the Visions Young Leadership Board of the Israel Cancer Research Fund.
• Ben previously served on the Associate Board of the Lookingglass Theatre Company, he also founded and operated an art gallery in Chicago.
