Mo Green

MO GREEN focuses his practice on advising private investors, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies on various domestic and cross-border leveraged buyouts and other business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, equity financings, growth capital investments, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Sidley, Mo worked at another global law firm where he acted as counsel advising clients on similar transactions.

While attending Fordham University School of Law, Mo served as an editor of the Fordham Law Review.
